CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 153(RES) "An Act relating to the                        
exchange of certain fish for seafood products, custom processing of            
certain fish, and use of certain fish for charitable purposes" which           
had been held to the May 4 calendar (page 2049) was before the                 
Senate in third reading.

Senator Lincoln moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 153(RES)                     
be returned to second reading for the purpose of specific                      
amendments, those being Amendments No. 1-6.  Senator Taylor                    
objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being no further
